Luis Rodriguez is the Founder and CEO of Rodriguez Construction Group (RCG), a Buffalo-based construction management and general construction firm specializing in commercial, public, and institutional projects throughout Western New York. Founded in 2012, RCG has grown into one of the region’s leading minority-owned construction firms, employing more than 100 professionals and managing over $500 million in construction projects across the region.

A proud Buffalo native and member of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute’s Class of 2001, Luis earned degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management from Clarkson University before beginning his career in the construction industry. Under his leadership, RCG has helped deliver projects that contribute to the continued growth and revitalization of Buffalo and Western New York.

Luis remains actively involved in civic and community leadership through organizations including the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo, the Alliance Foundation, the Amherst Chamber of Commerce, and Nativity of Our Lord Catholic School. He previously served on the boards of St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute, United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, the Construction Exchange, and Buffalo Prep, and continues to support initiatives focused on leadership, education, and community development throughout Western New York.

He lives in Orchard Park with his wife, Jessica, and their children, Mila and Tre.
