Kevin has 36 years of success overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction projects across New York State. He has undertaken contracts for municipal, state, federal, and private-sector clients. His experience includes institutional work, public-improvement initiatives, and a variety of other construction projects, such as commercial; multifamily, subsidized municipal housing; and residential.

Kevin has a passion for working in the industry, as shown by his strong credentials, proven history of on-time, high-quality finishes, and his ability to keep projects within budget. He firmly believes that the relationships between the owner, architect, construction manager, and contractors are imperative for the success of any project. He believes in interaction with an open-minded and cooperative approach – among all parties – to ensure seamless project delivery.

His experience as a president, vice president, project manager, and superintendent for various construction firms enables him to offer a variety of perspectives to each project and to the team members of our firm.

He resides in North Boston, NY, with his wife, Ann, and his three children.
