Luis A. Rodriguez Jr. was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He currently resides in Orchard Park with his wife Jessica, and their children, Milana and Luis III (“Tre”).

Luis has always gone above and beyond, at school and at work. He is a homegrown Buffalo product, having attended Bennett Park Montessori School (BPS#32), Buffalo Prep (‘97), BEAM (Buffalo-Area Engineering Awareness for Minorities) (‘99), St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute (‘01), and Clarkson University (‘06) (BS civil engineering and BS interdisciplinary engineering and management), and completing Leadership Buffalo’s Rising Leaders program (‘09). Luis currently serves on the executive committees for Buffalo Prep and United Way of Buffalo and Erie County, and he sits on the board for St. Joseph’s Collegiate Institute. Luis is also an advisory council member for Erie Community College’s Civil/Construction Technology program.

Before founding Rodriguez Construction Group, Luis worked for a construction manager in Western New York for 10 years. During this time, he managed the renovations and preservations of local high schools and grammar schools as part of a billion-dollar Buffalo Public Schools project. He also managed Erie County Medical Center’s $200 million campus renovation projects from 2010 through 2016.

Luis is a people person and is always looking to help anyone in need. If you have a project in mind, Luis will bring it to fruition.
