Rodriguez Construction Group provided professional consulting services to Buffalo Hotel Supply Food Service Solutions for the Resorts World Catskills project, located in Monticello, NY. The facility features a luxurious 100,000 SF casino and an eighteen story hotel. RCG managed the procurement and on-site installation of all the food service and laundry equipment. The project included several casino bars, a centralized kitchen and food court, specialty dining areas, a banquet area, warehouse storage, and a laundry area. Our scope of work included: facilitating coordination between the CM, BHS, architect, engineers, subcontractors and vendors, on-site and off-site logistics, developing cost estimates, and reviewing design development drawings. RCG worked closely with the CM coordination team to perform CAD and BIM coordination services, along with providing project administration services.
