Rodriguez Construction Group, Inc. was selected to serve as General Contractor for the State University of New York at Fredonia, Mason Hall project.
Project Description:
Replacement of existing copper panel siding system with similar copper cladding system. Abatement of existing spray applied fireproofing, cutting and patching of existing roofing system still under warranty, including pre- and post-infrared moisture scanning; spray-applied fireproofing; spray-applied weather/air barrier; temporary removal of an existing mechanical rooftop unit (RTU), including storage, protection, re-installation, and pre- and post-commissioning of same RTU and disassembling and reassembling of existing steel dunnage frame.
