Project Description:
Rodriguez Construction Group was selected as the single prime General Contractor by Roswell Park for the 5,000 SF Nursing Education Renovations located on the first floor of the Administration Services Building. Full interior renovation of the existing space to accommodate the new program’s needs. Notable items in the scope also included asbestos abatement as well as the modification of the exterior façade to add new windows, HVAC, fire protection, and new electrical systems to accommodate the new design.
