Scope of work:
Rodriguez Construction Group provided Superintendent Services in conjunction with the Kaleida Health Oishei Children’s Hospital Project. Our services included providing a Lead Superintendent for the Electrical Contract, including handling RFI’s, field issues, maintaining and updating the project schedule, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection testing of systems, all trades as-builts, daily QA/QC inspections, and review of monthly pay applications. Additionally, we provided a Construction Field Superintendent who handled QA/QC inspections, as-builts and final in-wall & above wall punch lists and final inspection for closeout of project.
