Scope of work:
Rodriguez Construction Group was selected to provide construction management services by providing one Engineer in Charge (EIC) to oversee three NYS OGS Salt Shed projects located in Clarence, NY, Mayville, NY and Ellicott, NY. The roles and responsibilities fulfilled by our firms EIC included:
- Conducting weekly project and coordination meetings
- Review and management of CPM schedules
- Weekly progress reports
- Oversee QC plan
- Oversee safety plan
- Review and approve monthly progress payments
- Contract closeouts
