Scope of work:
Rodriguez Construction Group was selected to provide services, as the Prime Selective Demolition Contractor, for the New Era Field Club Renovations. Our scope of work required the removals of all finishes and equipment in (4) Club Level Concession Areas (64,000 sq. ft. +) on a fast track schedule to enable the Design Firm to determine existing conditions for the re-design and construction of new concession areas prior to the start of the 2018 season. Our crews were able to complete the removals within the 60-day time frame for completion ahead of schedule. Our field coordination with the Owner and Construction Manager assisted in expediting the overall project to meet the completion schedule.
