Scope of work:
Rodriguez Construction Group provided services, as the Prime General Contractor, for this project handling all coordination, subcontracting, inspections and final close out/occupancy. Our firm provided preconstruction support, design overview, cost estimates, construction review, cost saving measures and coordination of documents to ensure that the project could meet the Owner’s deadline for relocation, with a fast track 2-month completion. The project required the removal of all existing walls, ceiling, flooring, MEP installations, throughout the 3,830 sf. of area, and the reconstruction of this area with all new installations. RCG completed this project on -time, enabling the Owner to occupy the facility prior to the expiration of their existing lease, and within budget.
