Scope of work:
Rodriguez Construction Group was selected to serve as General Contractor for the Amherst Central School District project. The scope of work includes abatement of the crawlspaces, pipe insulation removals, and masonry restoration and replacement at various locations throughout the building. Also included are renovations at various locations to the existing bathrooms and upgrades to the existing security/surveillance systems. Other work includes full renovations to the Music Department, Administrative Office spaces, and General Corridors, along with upgrading finishes throughout the building and a full replacement of the existing Tennis Courts, and parking lots with new and overall landscaping and site features improvements. Additional work includes installation of new campus notification systems.
