Scope of work:
Rodriguez Construction Group was the prime General Contractor for the renovation of an existing 21,566 SF lab and office space into a co-working space for early entrepreneurs and technology based startups. The newly renovated UB Innovation Center is located on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus, at the Center of Excellence in bio-informatics and life sciences. Renovations included interior selective demolition and an interior fit-out, including demountable glass partitions, interior glazed walls, fixtures and finishes. Additional work that our firm acquired was the first-floor kitchenette and flooring. RCG had a large coordination with the MEP prime contractors to fulfill the client’s expectations.
