Scope of work:
Rodriguez Construction Group performed Site Work for the adaptive reuse project located at 105 Highland Avenue in Tonawanda, New York. The former elementary school underwent a complete transformation into thirty-eight apartment units with common spaces and a new entry vestibule. The Site Work for this project included subsurface drainage and utility piping, a completely redesigned parking lot, along with a new playground and outdoor seating area. RCG also performed Concrete Work in the construction of curbs, sidewalks, and foundations for the building’s new entrance.
