Scope of work:
Rodriguez Construction Group was selected to serve as General Contractor for the Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Center’s Capital Infrastructure Project. In this capacity, RCG provided consulting and oversight services regarding development, design and cost analysis, municipal approvals, bidding, construction and compliance in accordance with all regulations. The scope of work included providing modifications to the Moot Senior Facility to meet current ADA accessibility standards and energy efficient HVAC and window upgrades to the existing Neighborhood House Facility. We provided office renovations which included MEP installations as the General Contractor.
