Luis A. Rodriguez Jr.
Luis A. Rodriguez Jr. was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He currently resides in North Buffalo with his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Milana.
Luis has always put in the extra effort whether it’d be with schooling or at work. Luis is a home grown Buffalo product where he is an alumni of Bennett Park Montessori School (BPS#32), Buffalo Prep (97’), BEAM (Buffalo Engineering Awareness for Minorities) (99’), St Joseph’s Collegiate Institute (01’), Clarkson University (06’) (BS Civil Engineering and BS Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management), and Leadership Buffalo’s Rising Leaders Program (09’). In 2010, Luis was honored with the Young Achiever of the Year award from Hispanic United of Buffalo.
Luis worked for one of the largest construction manager in Western New York, for 10 years. He worked on the billion dollar Buffalo Public Schools project where he managed the renovations and preservations of local high schools and grammar schools. He also managed Erie County Medical Center’s $250+ Million dollar campus renovation and capital improvement projects.
Luis takes great pride in the growth this community is endeavoring. He is passionate in the development of minority students within the Western New York region. He also currently sits on the board directors for Buffalo Prep and The United Way.
